The Nashua, Acton, and Boston


The above map shows the route of the Nashua, Acton, and Boston RR. According to Ron Karr this line was originally built from Nashua to North Acton where it met the Framingham and Lowell. Later on an additional four miles of track to Concord Jct were built.

The line from Nashua to Concord Jct was abandoned in 1925. A small amount of track in Nashua survived into the 1980's as an industrial spur.
